These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DYQR.me and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Scope of service

DYQR.me provides:

  • Short links: create/manage short links and redirect to destination URLs.
  • QR codes: generate QR codes for links or other content and export them.
  • File uploads (optional): upload files and share them through hosted URLs (may require sign-in and/or subscription).
  • Analytics: view aggregated usage/click statistics for your links.

We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Prohibited content and abuse

You must not use the Services to create, host, or distribute:

  • illegal content or content that violates applicable law,
  • malware, phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive content,
  • content that infringes intellectual property or other rights,
  • abusive, harassing, or harmful content, or content intended to harm DYQR.me or others,
  • spam or automated abuse (including attempts to bypass rate limits or plan limits).

We may remove content, disable links, restrict features, or suspend accounts if we believe there is abuse or risk.

If a destination URL is flagged by safety systems (including Google Safe Browsing checks), we may block or restrict it.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYQR.me disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

DYQR.me is not responsible for third‑party websites you visit via a short link, or for your relationship with any third‑party services you choose to use.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. You can stop using the Services at any time.
